# Moving Around

There are several ways to move around in Jakartowns.

Here are the main methods for moving around:

* Navigate the streets by clicking the markers on the ground
* Teleport directly to a location by clicking the 2D map
* Teleport directly to a location by clicking one of an entity's action buttons in the inventory panel
* Search for a location using the search bar and teleport there

## Moving Through the Streets

### Rotate and Look Around

To change direction and view your surroundings, simply click and drag the mouse. You can also use the keyboard arrow keys.

### Zoom

You can zoom in and out to see more or less detail using the mouse wheel.

## Teleporting to a Location from the 2D Map

Click a spot on the 2D map to teleport directly there. You can zoom and pan the 2D map to select the spot you want. At a high zoom level (very zoomed out), clicking the map teleports you to the most recent scan near the clicked location. At a low zoom level (very zoomed in), clicking the map teleports you to the marker corresponding to the clicked location.

## Teleporting to a Location from the Inventory Panel

From the inventory panel, hover over the row of the entity you want to move closer to and click **Go to the nearest frame** to teleport there.

## Teleporting to a Location from the Search Bar

You can teleport to a specific location using the search bar. There are several ways to search:

* by place name or address (example: `2260 Av. Aird, Montréal`).
* by GPS coordinates (example: `45.5569768, -73.5497029`).
