# Viewing Aerial Data

It is possible to enhance street-level mobile mapping data with airborne LiDAR data.

For illustration, we have made available data from the city of Montreal (2015, [source information here](https://donnees.montreal.ca/ville-de-montreal/lidar-aerien-2015)), for a complete, global view! The best of both worlds.

To view this data:

1. Switch to **point cloud mode** (point cloud icon, in the toolbar at the top right), then open the left panel (three-line icon) and select the **Filters** tab (sliders icon).
2. At the very bottom of the panel, in the **Pointcloud datasets** drop-down menu, choose the aerial dataset available for your area (labeled "Aerial LiDAR (provider name, year)", for example the one from the city of Montreal). If no aerial data is available for your area, only the "Mobile mapping LiDAR only" option appears in the list.

**Contact us** if it's important for you to add airborne data from your area of interest for your Jakartowns application users! We will assess the possibility of integrating this airborne data.
