Coordinate System Choice

By default, the point clouds are projected in the coordinate system used in Jakartowns. This means that the horizontal coordinate system will be an MTM CSRS zone, depending on the geographic region, and the vertical datum will be CGVD2013.

The download tool allows these point clouds to be projected on the fly according to your preferences. If you want to obtain the point cloud in another vertical datum (e.g., CGVD28), you must select the corresponding option before starting the download.
